Manifest Your Dreams

In February of 2021 I took part it in a Mindset Challenge. One of the centerpieces of the program was to use affirmations daily. I had previously resisted having anything to do with them and wasn’t interested - they seem way too “woo-woo” and silly.’’

But, during this Mindset Challenge I gave them a shot and found them extremely helpful in shifting negative energy. I started illustrated a daily affirmation and eventually began using them in art journalling.

One day I was in a bad mood and instead of writing all the negative things I was feeling in my art journal, I filled a page with a positive affirmation instead and painted over it. The result was a powerful shift in energy, and the “Manifest Your Dreams” series was born.
